POLICIES.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY.

Adjustments can be made if you are unhappy with your service. All adjustments must be made by the original stylist that performed the service, & brought to their attention within 1 week of your appointment. After 1 week, you are subject to a color service fee. All services are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour time frame, you will be charged 50% of the service you were scheduled for. All fee’s must be paid before booking another appointment. A card will be held on file.

NO SHOW POLICY.

If you no show your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. All fees must be paid before booking another appointment. A card will be held on file.

LATE POLICY.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule at a future date, and charged with a late cancellation fee of 50% of the services you were scheduled for.
